What happened

The freight fell through
Our forwarder missed the sailing we'd booked and rolled our container to the next vessel. We found out after the fact.
Where the stock is
In transit now and clearing customs shortly. Pre-orders ship in the order they’re placed, from 6 November.
What we're doing about it
Telling you before you buy, a free bottle of Gilded Elegance for the wait, and a new forwarder for the next shipment.

Do I need a code for the free oil?
No. The bottle is added to your cart automatically — 50ml of Gilded Elegance with the Eon Pro, 20ml with the Eon Mini. You'll see it in your cart before you pay, and again on your order confirmation.
When will it actually ship?
From 6 November, in the order pre-orders are placed. You’ll get tracking the moment your unit leaves our Melbourne warehouse.
